What you learn
What you learn at college will very much influence your career/ university education after college. It's easy to work out that if you do drama and art, it's unlikely that you will become a vet or a doctor upon leaving college!
And likewise, if you do science and maths you won't become a professional ballet dancer... unless you do ballet in your spare time of course!
Some university courses require you to have done specific A-levels, so plan ahead and think about the long term options.
It is important to chose something that you will enjoy and be able to stick at, but that it is also a course that will help get you to where you want to be.
Visit Steps 4 Me to find out all about the different colleges and courses available across Lanchashire, Blackpool and Blackburn.
