Employability Project/Pack
This is a pack of convenient off the shelf resources for the busy teacher looking to deliver interesting and active lessons about employability skills.   Using a variety of teaching methods for active learning it covers many of the learning outcomes for careers education.

Real Game
Real Game is living, learning and earning role play activity that is highly engaging for young people and a fun way for them to learn about themselves and adult life.  There are 3 games aimed at different key stages each consisting of adaptable classroom based programmes for a variety of activities.  CXL is the designated trainer for Lancashire schools.

Peer Mentoring/Education
CXL is involved in training young people as peer mentors supporting other young people in the use of independent learning plans. Using a new and engaging work pack we run active learning sessions for would be mentors in schools.  This project is addressing the growing potential of peer mentoring in many schools today.

Via provides a full range of programmes and services for schools / colleges and training providers. All services are designed to equip students with the employability skills, motivation, inspiration and advice needed to progress into the world of work or higher education.

Our services are bespoke and can be designed around your school or college. All activities are mapped to the curriculum and provide and OFSTED audit route of evidence, following DFE recommendations.
