Placing Social Work Students
CXL operates a social work placement programme for University students on social work degrees.
CXL sources placements for students to enable them to fulfil the mandatory placement requirements in their degree courses. CXL’s placement team support the student throughout their placement and ensure objectives are being met and that the placement is in accordance with National Occupational Standards.
The placements are across the Northwest, at organisations including Lancashire County Council Young People's Service, Training 2000, Rathbone Training and Rocket Training. (List of organisations available here)
Universities on the programme include University of Central Lancashire, University of Chester, Huddersfield University, Sheffield University and Lancaster University.

What can we do for you?
