Employing Young People
CXL helps to find work for young people and vulnerable groups, including ex offenders and people who have recently been homeless.

- Vacancy & Matching service - Your vacancies will be hosted online free of charge and hundreds of 16-19 year olds looking for work can be matched to your role depending on their qualifications. - Apprentice service - If you wish to take on an apprentice, Via can help find a young person to suit your needs. Apprentices are very cost effective for your business as their wages can be subsidised. Apprentices can fill any kind of role, ranging from office work to catering or construction work.
