Developing Your Workforce
Via has a dedicated Workforce Development Department who can assist you with every aspect of developing your organisation's workforce.
Via is an accredited City & Guilds centre, and is an accredited Institue of Leadership and Management (ILM) centre.
You can use the menu on the left hand side to find out more information on the different aspects of developing your workforce that you wish to find out about, or alternatively contact a member of the Workforce Development Department on 01772 642400.
What can we do for you?
Via helps young people and vulnerable groups such as ex-offenders find work or enter into training. If this is similar to what your organisation does, please get in touch to look at partnership working.
Via help organisations to develop their workforce and recruit new staff, we have a number of apprentices and social work students looking for placements within third sector organisations - if your organisation would benefit from an apprentic and you would like more information, email apprentices@via-uk.com
