Bespoke services for schools

CXL and Lancashire Education Business Partnership have joined forces. Through this fusion we now offer a wraparound service that collectively helps people of all ages to move forward in work and in life.

Together, we provide a full range of programmes and services to schools and colleges.  All services have been designed to equip students with the motivation, inspiration and employability skills needed to progress in to the world of work.

All services are bespoke and can be designed around your school, college, or training establishment. All activities are mapped to the curriculum, and provide an OFSTED audit route of evidence following DfE recommendations.

Learning for work – We offer a range of programmes and activities that develop young people’s confidence, motivation and employability skills whilst giving them valuable insights in to what is required by employers.

Learning about work –We offer a range of programmes and activities that are deigned to provide young people with an understanding of employment and enterprise, equipping them with the lifelong skills needed to enter the world of work.

Learning through work - We engage with over 18,000 employers to ensure that young people can get experiences based on real jobs in diverse industries, tailored to meet the needs of the economy.

Advice and guidance - We also offer highly impactful Careers Education and Information Advice and Guidance programmes and consultancy, that will support development activities within schools.
