FREE recruitment support for your business

FREE recruitment support for your business

If your business has positions available, the CXL Vacancy and Matching Service will advertise your vacancies free of charge. We then collate applications and CVs and send them on to you. We will then provide you with information on employment law, qualifications and training for your new employee throughout the duration of their employment with you, at no cost whatsoever.

Why is the service free?

The initiative is funded by Lancashire County Council, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and Blackpool Council to assist 16-19 year olds in to employment. We are therefore able to advertise your vacancies at no cost to your business and then match relevant young people to your roles free of charge. We then provide free support to you and the young person throughout their employment.

How are vacancies advertised?

We ensure young people are notified about your vacancy as soon as possible by:

> Texting details of new vacancies direct to young people’s mobiles
> Sending postcards to young people
> Advertising them through our website for young people www.16-19jobs.co.uk
> On vacancy notice boards at the 19 local Connexions Centres / Info Centres across Lancashire

How will your business benefit?

> No costly job advertising fees in newspapers or on jobsites
> No recruitment fees when we find you the right person
> No time limit, your vacancy is advertised until you have found the right young person
> Free advice on employment legislation, qualifications and training that might affect your employees
> Every vacancy is account-managed by a professional CXL Vacancy and Matching Consultant
