April 2006, came to an end on 31 March 2009.
The Lancashire Pilot was consistently the leading Learning
Agreement Pilot in the country and over the three years achieved
- 3474 sign ups to learning
- 2494 young people starting learning
- 9000 young people contacted and learning discussed
- Involvement of 1,643 employers
