C-xtra Student Retention Online Tool  - Demo of C-xtra, an online tool that allows tutors to identify which students are likely to drop out of a course.

16-19jobs.co.uk Vacancy and Matching -  16-19jobs.co.uk is Lancashire's 'Vacancy and Matching' website that allows young people to search for a job, apprenticeship or training programme in the field that they are interested in.

GeneSys Careers - Demo of GeneSys. GeneSys is an innovative psychometric assessment tool for use by careers guidance professionals and training providers. GenySys acts as an initial assessment tool for you to use with young people who are applying for apprenticeships or placements. The software is easy to use and provides suitable NVQ suggestions.  We can provide schools / centres with the software and full training.   (NB - use these test login details- user:  demo@cxl-uk.com    - password: 12demo34)
