GeneSys Careers – GeneSys is an innovative psychometric assessment tool for use by training providers and careers guidance professionals. GenySys acts as an initial assessment tool for you to use with young people or adults who are applying for apprenticeships or placements. The software is easy to use and provides suitable NVQ suggestions.  CXL can provide your organisation with the software and full training.
