Via takes its responsibilities for safeguarding seriously. All employees, volunteers working for Via have a duty under the Children Act 2004 to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and including vulnerable adults. CXL’s frontline staff go through rigorous CRB check procedures.

All Via employees receive training so that they can respond quickly to at-risk young people and vulnerable adults. Via works closely with local Safeguarding Boards and have established policies and procedures to support our commitment to the welfare and safety of all our service users end employees.
