Train The Trainer Programmes

Train The Trainer Programmes

Our Train the Trainer courses are flexible to meet your specific needs.  Training can be delivered in 1 day, 2 days or 5, whatever you are looking for, we can adapt our delivery.

We work hard to make sure Train the Trainer is relevant, has impact and empowers your staff to be confident effective trainers in your organisation.  There is optional accreditation with City and Guilds and Institute of Leadership and Management.

Our teacher training qualifications PTLLS and CTLLS offers candidates a structured qualification in teaching and training, developing skills over a set period of time.  A series of assignments assess an individual’s progression, meaning that advancement on the course is measured and additional support offered where necessary.

Case Study:

Our recent experience has involved designing and delivering a 1-day course for a large manufacturing organisation to staff who have different experiences with delivering training in their roles.  The organisation requested that a focus of the day was on developing presentation skills.  All attendees were asked to prepare a short presentation prior to the session which they delivered on the day.  As  a group each individual received feedback on their presentation.  Throughout the course of the day delegate were asked to reflect on how their learning could be incorporated into the presentation they had made.  The course also developed skills in lesson planning, understanding learning styles, selecting training resources, managing nerves and communication skills.  Feedback from the course was positive with one delegate commenting: “Today’s course helped me to develop my training sessions into better courses, and will help me to evaluate my training.
